Dokuz Eylül University Journal of Humanities is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published online biannually in April and October. The journal, which has been published regularly since 2012, aims to present articles from diverse fields of the humanities in Turkey to a broad audience.
Dokuz Eylül University Journal of Humanities is an international journal, abstracted and indexed by TR Dizin, MLA International Bibliography Index, SOBIAD and Araştırmax Scientific Publication Index.
The journal publishes articles in Turkish, English and German.
Only original scholarly articles in the categories of research and review are published in the journal.

Aim & Scope 

Dokuz Eylül University Journal of Humanities aims to publish theoretical and/or applied articles that make original contributions in the field of social sciences within the framework of scientific ethics. Based on this purpose, research articles conducted in line with the ethical principles of our masthead about the journal are accepted. One of the other objectives of the journal is to support the development of social science studies in Turkey and to encourage the qualified social science studies in accordance with the modern science principles. The journal also aims to introduce various current issues that will attract attention from all areas of social sciences and will be of interest to a wide readership and to create a discussion environment on these issues.

The journal accepts theoretical and/or applied research conducted in linguistics, translation studies, psychology, sociology, history, philosophy, archeology, museology, international relations, gender studies, philology and other related fields within the scope of social sciences.
